Policies and procedures
The CEFC Board has developed policies and investment guidelines consistent with
the requirements of the CEFC Act and other relevant governing legislation.
Investment policies
The CEFC Investment Policies describe our investment strategy, performance benchmarks and approach to managing risk. The CEFC Board reviews the Investment Policies at least annually, and otherwise as required.
Investment Guidelines
The CEFC Board has developed Investment Guidelines to assist investors interested in engaging with the CEFC. Please also see our investment guidelines at a glance.
Environmental, social and governance
Environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations are embedded in CEFC investment and corporate activities, reflected in our ESG Policy.
Reconciliation Action Plan
The CEFC acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognises their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We pay our respects to their Elders – past, present and emerging.
We support the national reconciliation movement through our RAP, as well as our First Nations investment screening approach.
Principles for suppliers
We work with our suppliers to establish and maintain ethical, sustainable and socially responsible operations and supply chains.
Modern Slavery
The CEFC Modern Slavery Statement describes our structure, operations and supply chains and the risks of modern slavery practices in our operations and supply chains.
The CEFC Modern Slavery Policy outlines the CEFC approach to modern slavery, including how we identify risks in CEFC operations and supply chains and raise associated concerns. It also enables the CEFC to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2018.
